Dan,

This is what I was referring to when I commented on the fact that INSP is gaining real time experience running their platform. They can use the collective info to fine tune the product offerings, understand the 'evolution' of usage and market accordingly.

I suppose this can be said about all companies really, it is just that INSP is one of the first in its field with such a large footprint.
