rjm2, have you done any further investigation of this deal? On the face it seems very tentative at this time. The 10Q has a going concern note from the auditors which is a red flag. Is the plant and equipment plus inventory worth 25 million(5 stock plus 20 debt)? If lenders allow assumption of debt deal may survive. But why should they?
