Morgan Stanley upgraded Juniper Networks, Inc. to an "Outperform" from "Neutral" rating with a $16 target. The analyst cited increased confidence in the company's customer base, as well as confidence in the long-term prospects, and product/backbone upgrade cycle in 2002/03.
