since you have to borrow half your stake from someone else Oh I see so if I buy a home and onnce I finish the mortage and all and thus close owning the property, you feel you have the right to put up my propety as collateral for your borrowing.'

You are right again the real owner has not right and has to sue where as other lenders and such are protected by the FDIC. There is no portection of the orginal lender and ht eoriginal owner HAS NO RIGHT TO STOP ANYONE FROM BORROWING THEIR PROPERTY.

BUT if you buy on MARGIN then someone can instantly short you out was exactly what I asked MY BROKER and I was told YES because it is marginable.

Personal attacks make you look weak in your opposition.

It is simple ... You are providing that your spin is being completely destroyed by your own nonsense ...

But you are right I closed margin accounts ... I only have cash accounts. Why would I want to buy on margin so some low life could use what I just bought to short down the value of the property that I just bought using the property I just bought to do it?

Makes no sense to me.
