VoiceGenie Ranked No. 1 in CT Labs' Independent Review of Leading VoiceXML Hosted Solutions

CT Labs is an independent computer telephony product testing and certification lab, working under contract for CommWeb to perform functionality and performance tests on selected vendors who provided VoiceXML-based hosted services.
VoiceGenie received the highest overall score in the test series conducted in July 2001, involving three leading VoiceXML hosted platforms: VoiceGenie, HeyAnita, and InfoSpace. Although more than 30 vendors who claim to offer VoiceXML solutions were offered the opportunity to be tested by CT Labs, VoiceGenie, HeyAnita, and InfoSpace were the first vendors willing to submit their technology to the rigorous testing. Also of significance, VoiceGenie's platform required the least CPU and memory resources, with the other vendors requiring two and four times the resources to perform the same operations.
