nope, didn't see it... I did see Bush on the tube this morning....I think that the humantarian aid to the Afghan people is great. Certainly a big part of it is to gain good will and show that we are not a rogue nation who does not dismiss the well being of innocent bystanders, but another part is brilliant strategically as it lays the groundwork for creating allies in the population.
