Ghassan, the dilution with the OPEN deal is very significant. Having 39M shares outstanding will assure that there won't be any significant recovery, in fact, at this point, I'm surprised that BORL can hold at $7. As a shareholder, I'm stunned by this deal. The 'floor clause' should be removed and go by the original deal, give .51 BORL share for each OPEN. TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT !!! OPEN is getting a sweet deal anyway.. BORL shareholders !! We have to fight this dilution, please drop me a note.
