Not to be putting too fine a point on it, but I've never felt I could get a price within 20-30% of "fair", Substitute $13 in my comparison with $15 and you're looking at NeuteredPseudoIBM with $0.61 / share in earnings.

Difference between this hypothetical NeuteredPseudoIBM and our very real Cisco is that we KNOW NeuteredPseudoIBM's business has the potential to double three times (The real IBM is already there).

But if you like Cisco at $13, then see what you get as a price you like for softie by comparison. The way I see it, they have many of the same "soft" factors you like a lot. Plus better hard numbers and that they have customers who can make purchase decisions without the signature of fifteen executive-vice-beurocrats, a lawyer, three counter-signing bean-counters and the head of the kitchen staff.
