Floorless should outlawed. They should only allow cd's that have a fixed, stated price for conversion, whatever it is. all floorless's are, is a scheme that enables one group of people to fleece shareholders.

would a company go out of business without it? maybe, but the argument could be made that they should be out of business. what's the point of having a losing business model being kept alive artificially?.

if sometime in the future society feels that there's a need for that business, whatever it was, it will resurrect itself, somehow, someway, and be successful.
