It would seem to me that launching assaults on the three major terrorist organizations at the same time might be foolhardy. Once the first hive is dusted off, I suspect Hamas & Hezbollah will be added.

In fact, leaving them alone for the moment may make them feel arrogant enough to be moving cash & weaponry around, which may be monitored.

I prefer not to second-guess what's going on covertly. I suspet it is way more than we imagine.
