Lipper, a mutual-fund tracking unit of Reuters, named Michael Peace as chief executive officer, succeeding Sarah Dunn, who was promoted to president of the corporate and media-services customer segment for the Reuters Group.
Mr. Peace has served as managing director of Lipper Asia since 1999. He will maintain his current office in Hong Kong before transferring to Lipper's New York headquarters early next year.

Dickson Concepts
Hires New Director
Hong Kong retailer Dickson Concepts (International) named Frederick Ma Si Hang a nonexecutive director, succeeding Karl Friederich Scheufele, who resigned, effective Oct. 1.
Mr. Ma is an executive director of Pacific Century CyberWorks. Before that, he was chief executive, Asia Pacific, of J.P. Morgan Private Bank.

Consumer-focused technology company VTech Holdings appointed James Kralik as chief executive officer of its consumer telephone business unit. Until recently, Mr. Kralik served as a director of UA Cinema Circuit, Studio City Holdings and Cityline Holdings.

Stats Vice President
ST Assembly Test Services appointed June Chia as executive vice president of world-wide sales and marketing, effective Oct. 15.
Ms. Chia, a co-founder of Stats, previously was executive vice president of planning, purchasing and logistics. John McCarvel, senior vice president of world-wide sales and marketing, has resigned to pursue other interests.

To Fill Positions
ILink Holdings, a Hong Kong-listed Internet application service provider, said effective Oct. 1, Sam Cheung Sum will resign as an executive director and will become a nonexecutive director. He will also resign as compliance officer, qualified accountant, chief financial officer and authorized representative to Hong Kong's stock exchange.
Tang King Fai, an executive director, succeeds Mr. Cheung as compliance officer. Lam Yuk Lau, company secretary, succeeds Mr. Cheung as qualified accountant, chief financial officer and authorized representative.
