Let me ask you about the nice people in Israel, are they too afraid drive, take a bus, fly, go to the mall? Are they too afraid to build a first rate hi-tech/manufacturing sector? Taking into account that they have little in the way of fresh water, imports its oil and terrorist supporting countries surround them?
