Don't you think the big insurance cos. have another out? They just raise their rates in succeeding years.

I noticed this 15 years ago when that huge hurricane hit Florida and I sold out my insurance stocks prematurely. The same thing happened with the Northridge earthquake in '89 I believe? One friend advised me against it, and he was right.
