Closing market cap today was $11.2 million. After the Arena deal (what does a "binding" letter of agreement mean with respect to the cash that changed hands, given that we haven't heard of a final deal?), BulbaMan came up with a post-money valuation of about $7 million for the KDUS share of Axiom. Since then, Biacore did the $5 million deal, $2 million to the coffers and $3 million that Axiom used to repurchase 75% of the shares owned by Biacore.
