-Dan Niles (doubt it)
-Ashok Kumar (a small possibility)
-Drew Peck was usually pushing AMD and he is now seeing the downfall of that company and may want to go
against the flow of negative comments on Intel to make a name for himself.


Note that it would be pretty tough for Kumar to upgrade Intel since he's already got it at a buy. In fact, it's hard for me to remember a time when he didn't have the stock rated a buy. His position has consistently been that Intelis an excellent company that should be bought and held over the long term.

Given his employment history, though, most people assume a degree of bias present in his Intel opinion that might not be in other stocks.
