If anyone has a subscription to online WSJ, they might post yesterday's editorial on how the left has been caught short with this terrorist act--because even the left cannot form an idealistic ideology about the terrorists, whereas previously every other nation's interests could be idealized in contrast to "evil" America. I was reading the paper but don't have online access. I think most of this thread would enjoy the piece & agree w/ the views. I, of course, think its too extreme & one-sided & cutting, yet I think the writer had a good point. I think this will reshape the left in a way no other event can or has. And I find that interesting.
