Sure Paul...from DWA site..13 sectors have reversed up here from very low levels... while we were skewed to the overbought sector in June..we completely went the other way at the recent bottom Paul..we were 100% oversold on everything i watch... my thinking is this...every chart we all look at is a bottom fish type play...these charts will develope as we move forward into base building charts to buy and hold..it will take time..but thats what we have<g> as these stocks give their very FIRST buy signals off the bottoms, we wait and look for the NEXT buy signal to really get long...
