They have a strike price of 12, callable at 24, expire 2001.

To be more precise, the stock needs to close above 24 every day for the 20 consecutive trading days immediately prior to the redemption notice, which will be 30 days written notice.

So from the first day the stock crosses above 24 there will be a minimum of 56 calendar days until the warrants are redeemed.
