"P.S. Overclocking a chip to a certain speed doesn't mean that the chip can actually reach that speed in volume. That goes for both Celeron and Athlon XP."

Historitically, overclocking results have been a pretty good indication of the chip's potential. Celeron will be released at 1.3-1.5 GHz once Nortwood is out (once P4 is no longer a shame compred to it).

But a question remains : While Duron will hurt a wall at around 1.3GHz, thus having tough time competing Tuallerons, what will intel do with their tons on .18 production capacity?

I think Tuallerons wont have a long life : Intel will need all the .13u capacity available for NW.

They could also do celeron4 in Al, but selling a 217mm2 chip for 75$ isn't exactly a good idea...
