The story was posted to show how ridiculous stupid people like you are to expect that the US should, in security matters, rely on treaties with countries that have a history of violating treaties and even worse, to expect that terrorists would respect them. What a maroon. How dare a paper tell the truth that the Soviets violated their treaties. No wonder Britain became a third rate country. Inbred fools like you who can't think or read.
