I understand the premise and agree. But that is where the naked shorts want to go so I go there. Legal shorting is fine with me. Legal hedging is fine, legal puts and calls also. Plus I understand the concept and the stall out effect of not have a way to counter the longs. But what I can't figure out is why the naked shorts get away with what they do which is why I started the petition. I do not like the way margins work and I will never open up a margin account. P2bAAAT & DSAS
