Agreed, on the downward channel.

And, unfortunately, you're probably right on the overhead resistance. It is going to take a fundamental re-assessment of the market and sector, to get QCOM over 50, which I expect to be strong resistance till this recession has troughed.

Could you explain why you draw that horizontal line at 24? Why is that a critical support line?
