Oxus - a real nuisance for Brits that this is not fully listed but on the London AIM market (Alternative Investment Market)which is not eligible for tax free funds although very quick capital gains tapering for purchasers.

Another company you might like to look at - though without the backers of OXS - is Celtic Resouces (CER.L) whose price has held up much better than Oxus recently. Their prospects are in Russia itself and I believe they managed to secure funding from a Russian bank. Must know their way round.

(I see Mark Wellesley Wood is a director of OXS - the head of DROOY ?)
