re: 24

Between May and June of 99, the stock based and consolidated the initial rise off the multiyear base that faithful held during. In my mind, people during the consolidation, after the initial rise, were really beginning notice QCOM. So, in order to washout the stock, those people that bought after the initial jump off the multi-year base, the faithful that held during the multi-year base, both of which still are still holding and have gains, plus the ones that just bought and are in pain from the quick drop, all those investors that have weak hands will need to be removed order for the stock to begin the needed base building period all over again. It's really between 30 and 20 or there about so I pick the middle or so, that worry could really set in to cause the Final Flush, which I think is needed. IMHO
