I don't think the fraud will ever be proven, but I think anybody who takes advice from any analyst is crazy. Imo, there has been immeasurable fraud in this market. It's just that our justice system has become a joke with the onset of slick willyitis and probably won't ever recover to the point where criminals punishment fits the crime. Hopefully, people's eyes have been opened to that fact. If there was any justice, the SEC would be having a field day slamming the talking and writing heads, who recommended various portfolio mixes and then benefited off those pronouncements by acting in the opposite way.knc I learned my lesson. Although I still hold some stocks, I have started trading options and it has been great. Contrarian trading to what "experts" say has afforded me a goldmine. Made more money this year than the Army paid me in 16.
