Considering the new target price of 16 to 17.... CSCO goes to 17 and then what???? 1)Is the Nasdaq going to suspend trading? 2) Are in insiders going to sell all their shares? 3) Should I e-mail all those financial talk shows for advice? 4) Should I blow this off as another worthless piece of advice?
