Hi Bob, Looking at the chart for your pick EEL-v at 1st glance the breakaway gap-up looks impressive until the low volume is put into the equation. The crossover on the MACD is a bullish signal as is the up-turn in the Slow Stoch's from oversold territory. If this stock can pick up the volume a bit and stay atop it's 20EMA @$.16 for a few trading sessions one could conclude the bottom has been put in and a new uptrend is about to begin.
