I noted an error in the note to Rajan. I show a 3% gain after six months for the 1990 low risk signal. That was at the three month mark, not the six. I don't have the right data here at home, but will post the correction when I get to my office later today. Sorry for any confusion. The 12 month data is correct. A generous rally had occurred at the 6 month mark as well, so the validity of the IW's call and the delay until after the actual Gulf War began are still intact. Best regards, Tom
