Important also to watch how the HUI correlates w/ those charts... and it does. The XAU should be more valid now, due to the recent composite changes, for tracking the similarities between the pog and equities.

Haven't seen much mention either of the fact that the "wrong way" small spec's are at a 5 year record net long position in au either @ 31867 contracts. Large specs standing pat, having reduced their not insignificant net long position by 1300 contracts...which puts them about 8000 contracts away from a 5 year record net long position of 43,236.
