Hi John,

I agree with that. From an investor psychology POV it is just what the doctor ordered. It's the closest thing we have to "ringing a bell". Not suggesting that future events don't have the potential to dampen enthusiasm and unravel the new trend, but for now, I think investor confidence is returning.
