agreed. but what i like best, catalyst or not, is that the fundamental argument including now portions of the worst case failure question universally in all paper assets, since the third qtr of last year has in fact evolved while few were listening and perhaps even now... except here of course and a few other places... Time was the only unpredicted element so far in many respects.... and as we wait for the real estate de bubbling.. we still have the other side of the coin on the inflation side... we're not even half done watching the "correction" play itself out in regard to these many many historical extremes... what a great time to be in investing school! and what a Lab! not to mention the many nutty professors whose names are well known. J
