I've done a pretty thorough search on QUALCOMM's web site, and other than going through the 634 hits I got for Q Chat, narrowing it down to 4 choices, hitting all of them with negative results, I give up. When I have more time I will continue to search this out.

I definitely remember reading something about "Q Chat" sometime back.
