#1 to wacko obl is America is Western Civilization and it is evil, it represents all evil. This guy thinks much like Hitler in his belief in his own rightness. Western Civilization that America is leading to the zenith is what must be destroyed. Then all the particulars of event have some weight that may vary from minute to minute in his head. Israel is down the list and provides a good local evil in their mind to rail against.

This enemy has a deadly contagious wicked plague in their mind. Like all diseases you kill the infected organ when you cannot isolate it from spreading the infection. It does not matter if the infected is educated or ignorant. It does not matter what profession or clothing is worn. It must be isolated or killed.
