Hmm, the task of a civilization is not to make war... but avoid war.. especially revenge, retaliation
is maybe a more religious thing??

Europe, Russia are very close to the socalled "extrimists", kind of domestic, or at least
very much around the corner (no comments on Israel, too complex and tragic)

Definition of "war" is also an interesting thing, although international law has a fairly clear
legal definition.
