BTW Gold is no longer the main "hard" currency to
judge things (fiat ) by unless you are using "black gold"
Crude OIL & Natural Gas are the real "hard" currency
in the world today, only Natural resources that have
real strategic value are worth looking at, and
gold is way down the strategic list.
The knee jerks in Gold are no more than a pimple
on the ass of an elephant; Need to look past the
headlines, as you can only find the big picture if
overtime you paste what's on the back pages together.
--------------
The News Media has a vested interest in hood winking
the public and rewriting history.
Right now Crude Oil futures are in a down trend
( that will do more to kick start things than any
tax cuts or other BS the Gov does )
As Crude futures move down ( and oil is being sold forward
at a lower price than the current price ) it sets
up a situation that will cause OPEC members to Cheat
on production levels.
If you were sitting on oil and had sold contracts
forward at a price below the current price..would
you turn down a chance to sell some today at a better
price just because some people you didn't really agree
with to start with voted for a quota you thought
was stupid ?
---------------
If Oil Futures will stay down a recovery is built
in.
Keep an eye on this
quotes.ino.com
Now put 2+2 together..that forward price is in
dollars, with contracts based on a small premium,
just above interest rates. So what happens if the dollar falls ? Do not the buyers then get to pay for it
with dollars that are worth less ..
Do you really think that big oil won't do what it
has to in order to prevent taht.
-------------
Load the wagon and don't worry about the mule,
we have one more big rally in this ponzi scam
of a market and it's getting ready to start.
( If it hasn't already )
Piss on the drillers and oil service gang,
because they would piss on you if they had
the chance.
Oil going to $18 or lower within a year.
Jim
PS let me add this, if you were a king sitting
on a mountain of Gold, or Silver, ( still in the
ground ) and also billions of barrels of Oil..
And you saw such political instability that you
were not sure you would still be king in a year
or two..would you start selling the shit out
of those reserves or just try to hoard them
and hope you didn't get de-throned.
Jim
