Seriously, though, there are very few prosperous countries led by dictators (are there any?). There is only one Muslim country with anything approaching democracy. Those countries with oil wealth mainly keep it among the royal family (Saudi Arabia) or a military kleptocracy (Iraq). They should stop blaming the U.S. for their situation...and the Americans should stop swallowing their propaganda.
