Right to property??

Without going into the issues of "rightfully acquired"

I would assume many americans would know the basics of that topic, and not write
a long thing about rights without mentioning the right to ones property, as protected
by law, court, police and military.

But I appriciate the comments pointing into the direction that the american
constitution was written in the 1700s, before issues like education and social securities,
which anyway would have been difficult to implement at that time, considering
the issues of for whome to apply it on.
(although Jefferson wrote about a minimum of 4 years of education for men and women)

Ilmarinen

My point was obviously the islamic issues of

- education
- social security through taxes
- free, protected trade
