When in US?? Can't tell you about Scotland... But there hasn't been a poll tax in the US since 1964, when it was declared unconstitutional by the 24th amendment. Where have you been? And btw, we'll play football with whoever we want, just like every other nation has done... And if we don't want to play anymore, we'll leave, and take our ball with us...
