I used to travel to West Africa on business, Lagos,Nigeria in particular. During the Ragan years, Ghadaffi was the big menace and there was the Lebanses civil war. Do you remember the attack on US marines in Lebanon? well, most guys invovled were smuggled out Lebanon and sent away to safe haven among the Lebanese communities in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Warri, Kano, Kaduna, and Sokoto! They used to lie low there for a few years and then go back. There were several major Israeli construction comapnies in Nigeria, such as Solelbonet, Harut, HFP Engineering, etc. For some reason in 1970's and early 80's three were plenty of dead Lebanese and Libians (some of them members of the diplomatic communities) in Nigeria on those years! You remember what MR. Ragan used to say: You can run but you can not hide!! I cant't say no more, but this is how it will be from now on. They will be hunted down like mad dogs and helped to meet their makers, before they can cause any further damage!
