With the mention of Qwest I suspected Syntelco would use Lightpointe tech. The wording on their website made me feel they would use other solutions as well.?

Found it strange that they would need to borrow equipment from PsiNet to install in New York. Why would they not be able to go to the supplier? Was it faster to acquire or is there a manufacturing problem?
