Thanks Cal. The question was asked why did people sell ? Why did the market tank ? I said why I sold, believing that my reasons were probably typical of many. I recall that it did not even say that only labelling issues remain to be resolved for the four that provisionally accepted. It did not say whether the major countries that were not onside had asked any questions, nor did it give any clue about why they had not accepted what we had been led to believe was standard and routine acceptance procedures. I feel aggrieved. DMX issued a news report that left many questions unanswered. Later in the day they published on their website a "president's message", that was more informative. Why was not all the information of the message included in the initial report? I have quarantined the cash I took out of DMX. It will go back in only when very serious questions concerning ongoing sales (etc) are answered. I repeat no news is bad news. One doesn't need to be convinced that that the situation is "fatal and the business plan in ruins", to act prudently in this market.
