Do you remember the BIGGEST oil shortage we had
back in the 70s'? just after the Viet Nam war ended
& nobody caught on taht it was because the Tax payer
was no longer paying for about 5 million barrels a week
that the war effort had been using profits for the
Big oil Cos are tied to Volume so with the loss in volume
they had to get the price up somehow.
