Karma... I don't believe you're a coward... You're concerned, just the like rest of us that this might get out of control, but not a coward.

Yes... it was good that we were deliberate about these strikes and took time to calm fears of the muslim world and to build coalitions.

The only think I would say is that we can't limited in our reaction and response by fears of what OBL's group may do to retaliate. The kind of war that he's trying to wage renders all Americans as combatants, overseas, and here at home, with the potential for casualties.

But we must not doubt ourselves in this, or we'll undercut the moral support that our troops deserve.

Lot's of peaceniks are going to try and tell us that we brought this upon ourselves and that we're overreacting and causing casualities on innocent civilians... But that can't be helped sometimes.

Lord knows it didn't prevent the terrorists from inflicting tremendous civilian casualities upon us and they will target us again, if given the opportunity.

And if the scope the conflict expands, then we must be willing to meet that challenge as well until we eliminate the ability of these terror networks to cause damage to us, as well as denying them a place to hide (even if that means targeting other nations that harbor and support them).
