Theory seems reasonable, but I have no proof that zinc mines open and close so easily with price variations. (No mines open and close so easily) Silver production from these byproduct firms looks rather consistent over the years.

The prediction graph is way too optimistic. If a drop to 100 on the lead chart resulted in 130 on the silver side, then 90ish might be good for 150 on the silver side. Looks like he got carried away with the dotted line shooting up to 190ish
