After looking at insiders, I would say forget about it, CFO and two other directors own zero shares.
In regard to healthcare being a plus, remember what happened to the oil service industry touts. There seems to have been a move to healthcare stocks and its hard to tell if its overdone or not .
Like there was in the techs, too many new companies are trying to capitalize on the deciphering of the DNA sequencing and many will fail to make money so I would at least avoid those not showing profits.
