Jon, you make excellent points from your personal perspective. Everyone has their own individual criteria for selecting their interactions with the environment. Your 20 minute drive to Blockbuster is not typical as probably my reduction in minutes plan with Verizon is. The result of all these personal decisions, however, will be what determines demand. We can discuss the impact of your not wanting personal contact over the next dinner some time ;) But the bottom line is that none of us really knows what the demand is for this 3G thing and none of us know when all the bells and whistles will be available to make it a worthwhile experience. In the mean time QCOM has dropped from $200 to $38. From an investment standpoint there is no argument what the market is saying...for the short term anyway. <H>
