Looks like the hollywood types decided to cancel the self adulation awards tonight. LOS ANGELES (AP) - The Emmy Awards telecast, delayed three weeks by the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, was canceled today after United States and Britain launched a military attack in Afghanistan. It is the first cancellation in the 53 years of the Emmy Awards. In New York the Columbus Day Parade will go on tomorrow. tom watson tosiwmee
