Thor, didn't the company say it was going to operate a zero discharge operation until the permit was obtained? Seems that there are currently a lot of short-term traders working the stock. As far as I'm concerned, the more they work the price down, the better I like it for buying more USPS. The last I heard from my credible source is that they have a workable process that has been repeated a number of times by different operators with similar recovery results, 8 OPT.
