I dont know about the PSR, but all I know is that I have a small fortune tied up in RAYS, and it is not going anywhere but down. If someone has any news or rumors about the OO movement up today, please post. Steve If you want a low psr, try RAYS, at around .6 ps To any T/A experts out there..OO and RAYS charts for at least the last 6 months have traded exactly the same. Recently though, OO has been going up and RAYS going down. Possible reasons for the divergence???
