I thought it was John Wayne and a covered wagon and some bad guys he hired to go after some widow's gold that was hidden somewhere in some dessert.

Or maybe it was a Clint Eastwood movie with some bad guy Mexican and another dude besides Clint all looking for the same gold treasure in some old graveyard?
